About Mix It!

Mix It! is a challenging and colorful single-player multi-platform Endless Runner space adventure at the edge of the universe, beyond space-time.

Astropilots orbit black holes to harvest energy pigments from the devastating gravitational tidal forces.

Become a New Recruit and train to navigate your geometric space shuttle.

How to Play? 

Move your shuttle up and down to interact with pigments and anti-pigments that change the color and shape of the shuttle.

Accelerate the Astro shuttle through space by changing the color and shape of the shuttle to match the available path.

Avoid colliding with meteorites, comets, electron clouds, binary stars... any potential harm.

Escape the Tidal Monsterblob!

Features

Mix it! is an educative, innovative, and intuitive tool that can help players experience, and learn about color.

Players explore how color transforms by interacting with pigments and anti pigments to change colors and shapes, to the corresponding path.

The game features 8 digitally crafted geometric space shuttles and stunning visuals of cosmic landscapes, Mix it! Main Theme and 8 Original tracks for the game play.

The geometric shapes  in the shuttle function as visual, colorblind friendly cues and facilitate associations throughout the fast gameplay.

The game will be customizable, including in-game Store to buy enhanced features.

Platforms

Mix It! will be available for PC as a educative premium version, including 3 levels, localization, and multiple Color Mixing Charts.

Mix it! will be available for Mobile and Web version as a Free to play Advergame, with three layers of advertising. The game will feature In game Store: enhanced learning features, additional color schemes, more cosmic landscapes, more original music, avatar customization.

Target Audience

Mix it! is a game for all ages. Our game has been continuously tested across multiple age groups from 5 to 65yo. We have identified for the Mobile version as our target audience, kids from 5 to 17yo, and young adults from 18 to 35. For the premium educative game, parents, teachers, and adults from 35-65.

Business

The game was built in Unity Game Engine, and is currently in the final stage of development, focusing on optimization, marketing strategy and other features.

The estimated price for the educative premium version is: $2.99, and the Mobile and web version will be a free to play advergame, with multiple layers of advertising, including custom achievement medals, customizable advertising banners, and watch an Ad to earn free Astrocoins. 

The estimated release date is: Late 2022. The game will be a soft launch, and we are considering a partnership with a publisher focusing on user acquisition, deep marketing and business analytics, to expand our community and better adapt the game for our users.

Budget

$75,000 for 6 to 10 months of development, community building, marketing and support.

We are a small, young, interdisciplinary and independent game development studio based in Costa Rica, with two years of experience, focused in games as a medium for competition, cooperation, learning and innovation.
